Annual BBQ & AGM

Full & Social Members are cordially invited to attend our AGM on Saturday 25 July at 2.30pm, swiftly followed by conviviality, fun and games at our annual BBQ!

The AGM

Our lovely Committee members step down each year and all Full Members have the opportunity to stand for election, vote for new committee members and re-elect existing committee members, it's a fantastic opporunity for you to get involved and make a real impact in the running of our group. Three committee members are standing down this year and so we would welcome volunteers.

The BBQ

Once the official business of the ATG is over the fun and games begins! We'll fire up the BBQ, maybe play some games and you can have a dip in the hot tub if you're inclined. Guests and family are also welcome, this is one of our child friendly events.

Date: Saturday 25 July 2026

Time: 2.30pm

What to bring: A chair or blanket to sit on, drinks and something to drink out of, swimming togs and a towel if you fancy a dip in the hot tub, sunscreen and/or an umbrella depending on the weather.

All food is catered by the Committee so do let us know if you're veggie or have any food allergies.

Costs:
- Adults and children over 10: £7.50
- Children under 10: Free
